Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My waterheater failed and flooded the laundry room and bathroom, I needed to rebuild quickly. I met with a few contractors and Julian stood out as the most responsible, reasonably priced and communicative. Gave me a quote next day and was able to complete the job faster than his own estimation. I was away from the condo, but felt at ease as throughout the project, photos and videos of progress were uploaded daily, all documents and invoiced well organized in one online portal. Julian is setting better standards of project management, very happy with his work and highly recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently hired Vesta Builders to renovate my kitchen, living room and bathroom. This was my second remodeling project, as I had previously completed a home rebuild. Having prior experience with contractors, I can confidently say that working with Vesta Builders was an exceptional experience. Julian, the owner, maintained excellent communication throughout the project, staying accessible by text and through their very easy to use project management software and consistently meeting our expectations. His expertise led to valuable suggestions that enhanced our design, and he approached every task with a positive "can do" attitude. Even when I requested additional work, Julian accommodated us with a smile. He ensured that any finished items we weren't satisfied with were promptly addressed by his crew. The foreman, Jose, and the entire construction team were professional and accommodating, resulting in a stress-free project completion within the agreed timeline and budget. The finished product exceeded our expectations, showcasing Vesta Builders' commitment to quality work, attention to detail, and unmatched professionalism. As someone with experience in remodeling projects, I highly recommend Vesta Builders for their outstanding service

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Having had bad experiences in the past with unreliable contractors who either didn't show up or took forever to finish the job, I made sure to do thorough due diligence this time. I reached out to several companies and ultimately met with a total of five contractors. Among them, Julian stood out for his professionalism and clear explanations. He was very honest and straightforward, which is why I chose him, even though he wasn't the lowest bidder.

The entire process went smoothly, from the planning phase and selecting materials to the project's completion. The crew did an amazing job, and the inspection went very well. The inspector even complimented how clean the site was and the craftsmanship's professional quality. It was a truly corrective experience. I definitely recommend Vesta Builders to anyone looking to undertake a home project.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Our Renovation Process

Vesta Builders ensure peace of mind for our clients. By making sure that you are a part of the process from step one, we guarantee a stress free, non-chaotic approach. Our step-by-step process is inclusive and informative; after all it is your dream being that is realized.

01

Step 01

Pricing & Planing

Your renovation journey begins with a meeting with our renovation experts. Your remodeling Expert will discuss your ideas, wants, and aspirations for your home, as well as any potential challenges that may occur during the remodeling process, during the planning session. They will also collaborate with you to develop a realistic budget that accounts for all prospective costs, such as materials, labor, and permit fees. Once the plan is finalized, you may begin the renovation process with the knowledge that you have made the first step toward constructing the hyour dreams.

02

Step 02

Legal Permits

Our legal team has extensive experience navigating the complexities of San Diego ever-changing renovation laws. We have established a streamlined network to get all legal approval and permits from authorities, leaving you with nothing but to sign off and receive your approval. We ensure that the Legal approval seeking process runs smoothly and efficiently while keeping it cost-effective.

03

Step 03

Design

In the designing stage, one of our expert designers meets with you to discuss the development and scope of this renovation project. Our designer designs a schematic chart with you to get your dream on paper before it dives into construction. During this phase, our designer will provide you with a detailed blueprint of the renovation plan, as well as ideas for how to incorporate your specific style into the design. The designer will also provide you with guidance on the materials, colors, and other elements that will be used in the renovation project. This is the last step before your project moves into Construction.

Step 04

Construction

At the Construction stage, your old structure is demolished. And we procured and install new material in your system. Also, we upgrade Electrical and plumbing fixtures to support the structure of your new home. Next new windows and doors are installed. A full structure remodeling is done to renovate every corner of your home according to your ideas and aesthetics. Lastly, carpentry, wall painting, and new furniture installation are done to bring your dream home into a living breathing place.

05

Step 05

Final Reveal

Once all renovations are according to your requirements, and everything in your new home is in its new place and functional; a final reveal walk-in is scheduled with you. During this walk-in, the team will walk you through the details of the design and construction of your new home. This includes the material used, the structural changes, the finesse of the craftsmanship, and all other meticulous detailings; that were made to transform your dream into a reality.
